+ HAS MY ORDER BEEN SENT OUT?
Once payment has been received your order will be dispatched. You will receive both an order confirmation and delivery tracking email. We offer same day shipping if your order is placed by 4pm Monday-Friday. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation. For next day delivery, your item will be shipped the same day - this service is available Mon-Fri before 5pm.
+ CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
As we try and get orders out as quickly as possible we can’t always guarantee we can amend an order. If you have made a mistake with the order please call us from our contact us page.
+ HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders are tracked. Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by your order dispatch email once dispatched - which will contain your delivery tracking information and link. You can log in to your account on the website, click on Order History and your order number to find your order tracking number and a link to courier tracking.
+ HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY DELIVERY AND BILLING ADDRESS?
You can change your billing and shipping address while placing an order, during the checkout process. Remember please note Billing and Delivery must be in the same country.
+ I FORGOT TO PUT MY DISCOUNT CODE IN, WHAT CAN I DO?
Unfortunately once an order has been processed we are unable to add the discount code.
+ HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED ORDER?
At present we do not notify customers when we receive their return, you can use your postage receipt to track your order. We advise to allow up to 14 working days for a refund to be processed, once we process this we will send you an email.
