how do i return an item/returns label ?

free and easy returns for uk customers

Complete your returns form with correct order number and reason for return. Repack and seal the item in the bag with all the labels and tag attached. For your convenience we have enclosed a pre paid returns sticker ,please peel off the Returns sticker & attach to your parcel & simply take to your nearest post office ,to find your nearest post office click here if you lose your returns label you can re-print one by clicking here and follow the steps to print your own returns label. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to return your item and a tracking link. If you have misplaced your returns note, please email our customer service team hello@parisianfashion.com and we can have a replacement one sent over to you.

CollectPlus UK is an easy and convenient way to return parcels via UK petrol stations, local shops, shopping centres and universities. There are over 6,500 UK CollectPlus stores open 7 days a week from early in the morning until late in the evening. You can now use collect+ to return your parcels to us by downloading your returns label from here. Write your order number on the CollectPlus label which you can print and attach on your parcel ensuring all previous labels have been removed. Don't forget to fill in the returns form which have received with the parcel. Head to your local Collect+ store where you'll receive proof of postage. You can track your parcel at www.collectplus.co.uk/track/new

With over 600 ASDA stores in the UK it's an easy and convenient way to return parcels. We have enclosed an ASDA toyou return label with your parcel, please attach this label to your parcel. If not visit the ASDA toyou website here to print a label at home or you can print one in store. Take your labelled parcel to you signposted returns point or hand to a collegue at your most convenient ASDA store; remember to inlcude your returns note! ASDA toyou will do the rest. Remember to keep hold of your receipt to track your parcel, which you can do here

international returns

For international returns you can send your items back by using any postal service. Keep your receipt of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. There is a returns label included in your parcel. If you have misplaced this label, you can download a new one here. Remember to add your order number if you download a new returns label.

what is your returns policy ?

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date you have received your order, We will not accept return after this time has passed. All the items should be in the original unwashed and unworn condition and all the tags should be attached once the tag is removed the item cannot be returned. We offer FREE RETURNS for UK customers however you must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Parisianfashion.com

how long does it take to process my return ?

We will process your return as soon as we can; Please allow 10 working days for your refund to be processed. If you have not received your refund within 15 working days of returning your item/s. back to us please contact our customer service team for assistance.

how can i track the status of my return ?

As soon as your return has been received, you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 10 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.

can i exchange an item ?

Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges online right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order for the item of your choice.

do you refund the delivery charge ?

Unfortunately we do not refund the delivery charge unless the full order was received faulty or you have cancelled your order.

i have lost my returns note, what should i do ?

If you have misplaced your returns note, please email our customer service team hello@parisianfashion.com and we can have a replacement one sent over to you or click here to generate a new one.

what should i do if i receive a faulty or an incorrect item ?

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item! Please contact our Customer Care team within 24hrs of receiving your item stating your order number and items that are incorrect/faulty and we will look into this for you.

do i have to pay for returning an item ?

We offer FREE Returns to all UK orders. If your order has been dispatched to an address outside of the UK, unfortunately we cannot offer you a Free Returns Service.

i have entered the wrong delivery address ?

If the wrong address is entered the customer will be charged to have the parcel sent back to us and to the correct address. Please note, the original shipping cost is non refundable. This is a cost met by the customer to have goods shipped to them.
